This website is run by Tiffany Books LLC, Tiffany Wheeler’s company, based in Idaho. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Tiffany Books LLC. Questions? Email tiffany@tiffany-wheeler.com.

• Order details. When you buy, our checkout (provided by Shopify) collects your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and forms. If you email us or use our contact form, we get what you send, such as your name, email address, order number and your message.
• Email sign-ups. Your email address, when and where you signed up, and whether you open or click our emails.
• Device and usage information. Like most websites, we and our partners collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that sent you here, and actions like adding a book to your cart. This comes from cookies, pixels and similar tools (see below).
• Reviews. If you write a review, we publish your review and your first name and last initial.

• To process and ship your order, deliver your downloads, and send order and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions.
• To send the emails you signed up for, such as free printables, new books and holiday shipping reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how people use the site, so we can make it better.
• To measure our ads and show them to people who might like our books, including people who have visited this site.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties such as tax records.

• Cookies that make the store work, such as the ones that remember your cart.
• Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads tags, to measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited the site. These tools may collect information about your activity on our site and on other sites over time.

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the store, such as:

• Shopify, which runs our store and checkout, and its payment processors.
• Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver your order.
• Our email service, to send the emails you asked for.
• Cloudflare, to check that form submissions come from people, not spam bots.
• The app that delivers your digital downloads.
• Meta and Google, for the analytics and advertising described above.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or if our business is sold or reorganized.

Some state privacy laws treat advertising cookies like the ones above as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out at any time; see Your choices below.

• Emails: click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email, or email us.
• Ad cookies: use the links above, your browser settings, or email tiffany@tiffany-wheeler.com to opt out of targeted advertising.
• Your information: depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, and to correct it, delete it or get a copy. Email tiffany@tiffany-wheeler.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first.

We won’t treat you differently for using any of these choices.

We’re based in the United States, and our providers store information in the US and other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

Our books are for children, but this website is for grown-ups. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and returns. We keep other information only as long as it’s useful for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.

We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website can be perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think something is wrong.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
